That’s okay! Ground to Grow is designed for beginners and those new to mindfulness. Every practice is introduced with simple, clear instructions to help you get started no matter your experience level.
That’s wonderful! A fresh moment is always arising, and even experienced meditators can benefit from deepening their practice. This program is specifically tailored to support the unique challenges of the fertility journey, offering tools and guidance to navigate its emotional complexities with greater ease and connection. All levels of experience with practice are welcome; the content will be relevant and supportive.
I will be leading these practice sessions via zoom on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 5-5:30pm PT. These practice sessions are a helpful support to continued practice and connection with community after completing the 6-week series or 12 module programs.
It will be just me on camera (for your privacy) and the chat will be open for participants to comment, connect, and participate in the Q&A. You will be emailed a zoom link and reminder emails before each session.
Your invitation to become a G2G member is included in both the 6wk Live and 12 Module Course programs.
No problem! Missing one or even two classes is fine. There are notes to support your continued practice between sessions, and you will have access to the home practices and worksheets. Live sessions are not recorded, though, to respect the privacy and trust of all participants.
At this time, the options are separate, but both provide the same core teachings to support your journey.
Both options are designed to fit into busy schedules. Live sessions are 90 minutes once a week, and self-paced modules are 15 minutes each, making it easy to integrate into your day. Audio practices are 2-10 minutes, allowing you to choose which practices feel possible and when you have time to practice. The gentle encouragement throughout both programs is prioritizing small micro-moments. Slow and steady is meaningful and helps establish a foundation of well-being that is sustainable.
Yes, we offer a refund if you decide the program isn't right for you after the first class or module. Please contact us to request a refund email support@stephaniecurran.com
No special equipment is needed. All you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device to access the sessions or modules. A journal or notebook is recommended for reflective exercises.
Both program options include access to guided audio practices and worksheets for reflection and journaling. You also have access to the G2G community for one month which includes live practice sessions on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month with Q&A, daily mindfulness prompts on weekdays, and carefully curated newsletters with additional opportunities for guidance, learning and connection.
Absolutely! Ground to Grow is designed to support all individuals trying to conceive, whether naturally or with the assistance of a fertility clinic. The program can complement any fertility treatment plan.
You will have the option to continue with the G2G membership for $18/month or $85 for 6 months, which includes access to ongoing practice sessions with me on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month (recorded for viewing if you are unable to attend), daily mindfulness prompts on weekdays, and you’ll receive carefully curated newsletters where I share additional resources plus opportunities for guidance, learning and connection.
