Free Audio Practices for Embryo Transfer

The days around an embryo transfer are often filled with hope, fear, and everything in between. And then comes the waiting—the slow, uncertain stretch before bloodwork brings an answer.
These practices were created to walk alongside you during this time:
-
Before Transfer - Settle your body and mind so you can meet the procedure with more ease.
-
After Transfer - Gently connect with your body in a way that feels safe and supportive.
-
During the Wait - Two additional practices to help you navigate the ups and downs—steadying your heart when anxiety rises and offering compassion when the mind races ahead.
These aren’t about “thinking positive” or forcing calm. They’re simple invitations to pause, breathe, and feel a bit more held in the midst of so much uncertainty. Even a few minutes can make a difference—reminding you of your own capacity to meet this moment with gentleness and care.

Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I understand the heartbreak and uncertainty of trying to conceive—I’ve walked this path myself. My own fertility journey taught me the importance of having tools to navigate the emotional challenges, and now I help others do the same.
As a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor through Brown University and a practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine since 2000, I’ve supported many people on their fertility journeys. I founded Elements of Health Centre in 2006, where I practice Acupuncture and blend mindfulness, self-compassion, and evidence-based practices to support emotional well-being.

"The tools and practices associated with being present and carving out time for personal self care have been so valuable on my fertility journey."
"Mindfulness helped me get through the uncertainty and difficult times when I felt powerless. I now have tools to find myself when I feel like I lose control and when I lose myself."
"Giving your body and mind and heart space to just be is such a kindness at a time when you need it so much."
A Gentle Wish
Wishing you steadiness and kindness as you move through your transfer
and the waiting that follows.
May these practices offer you small moments of calm and care,
helping you feel supported in the not-knowing
